What we do
JLA has become the UK’s number one distributor of commercial laundry equipment to prisons, and we now supply over 90 per cent of prisons throughout the country. Our Total Care Plus package allows prisons to install and maintain laundry equipment without tying up the time and resources of the works department. Our equipment is robust and designed to withstand heavy use, and our programmes are simple and easy-to-use. All our engineers are security cleared and have extensive knowledge in this area. We’re also the nominated supplier of OGC Buying Solutions.
Over the years, we’ve come to understand the complex laundry needs of the Army, Royal Navy and Royal Air Force, and we provide total laundry solutions for all three forces, both within the UK and overseas. We can plan and design on-site laundries and even run them ourselves, managing the facilities and recruiting and fully training staff.
