Client: Devon County Council
Problem: Unreliable maintenance service with slow response times.
Solution: After struggling with a less than impressive maintenance service and long wait times for an engineer, Devon County Council decided to hand their laundry services over to JLA. They opted for a Total Care Package for the Atkinson Secure Unit, part of the Children & Young People’s Services sector.
“Firstly I must take the opportunity to point out that moving onto your hire and maintenance package has been the single most effective improvement in the unit for some time,” says Ben Donaldson, Facility Manager.
“At the time the call out response time seemed a little ambitious, none the less on every occasion we have required an engineer, as few as it has been, your response time has been excellent. I am confident that the quality of customer care will carry on at the same high standard that has been set.”
